BakeitFun Baking Mat Blue Review

I'm so excited that my family is getting the chance to try out the baking mat from Bake It Fun. I'm totally in love with this baking mat. It can be reused up to 2,000 times. The mat is Eco-friendly and will not rip, soak through or fail you. It just makes my baking life so much easier. I can make cookies - which recently the kids picked out gingerbread cookies. I can also make buttermilk biscuit like my Nannie use to make. It's no more fussing with this baking mat in my life. 

This mat if 16.5" X 11" it even comes with a FREE recipe eBook. The core of this baking it fun mat it made of fiberglass. The exterior it from food grade silicone. I love that the baking mat if safe to use in the oven, toaster oven, and even can be washed in the dishwasher. Totally a tough and just overall awesome baking mat. You can even place it in your freezer and that's totally safe. Awesome right? It can handle temps from -40F to 450F.

My kids love to help out in the kitchen and bake as much as myself. My son recently helped out with making gingerbread cookies. Yes his favorite this time of the year. 

I told my mom about this baking sheet and how nice it worked for us. She said "well I'm still using parchment paper and that stuff is rather expensive." I told her she could use my new stylish, reusable, and tough baking mat just to see how awesome it really is for herself.

The food doesn't stick to this baking mat which makes it easier on me. No scraping food off. When I use it on my baking pan if it doesn't fit perfectly I just let it hang over a bit but never let it touch the oven racks. 

What I really like you don't need any oil, grease, butter and flour to make the baking mat to work. You however never want to use any sharp utensils on your baking mat because it will cut through the silicone. Then it's ruined and not any more good. You don't want to do that. 

We have used it to cook lots of things and can't wait to cook more. It's very easy to clean up, once it's cleaned (dishwasher or by soapy warm water & rinsed) and has dried off it will roll or fold up. Then you can tuck it away in a drawer of place it in a cabinet. However for me I placed it it a cabinet. It doesn't take much space up at all. Please excuse all the other clutter in my photo of my cabinet where I placed it. 

Overall I love this product it's easy to use and food/cookies don't stick to the mat. I don't have to spray anything on it and it only takes a few short minutes to clean up. It's mom, grandmother and kid approved - our whole family loves it!
