I love how this Westminster wall clock looks on my kitchen wall. I can't wait to paint the kitchen sage green either over spring break or during the summer. I'm remodeling my house we currently are living in. This clock will make the room stand out. However this clock in the photo only worked a couple hours and wouldn't hold time. I don't blame the company, Amazon or fedex because at this point it's not a pointing game. I contacted the company right away once I realized my problem. They got straight back with me by email within 24 hours. The company is sending me a replacement clock. This company itself has a great customer service that really cares about their customer as well as the products they sell. I personally think Amazon should use more padding when shipping items such as these clocks. I do understand things get bumped and dropped a good bit not on purpose by the deliverer (Fedex in this case) but more by accident. The extra padding may keep them from causing problems such as I'm currently experiencing. Now maybe you get why I'm personally not playing the pointing game with these companies. The bottom line is the company in which I received the clock from is awesome and has great customer service. I'm getting a replacement clock and all will be well.
