ProBody Mini Exercise Ball Review

This mini Pilates ball by ProBody is an awesome way to mix up how I workout. I'm hoping it can help me to get over this stand still in my weight loss. I was thinking maybe using it and switching up exercises would help a bit. This ball comes deflated with a straw and a plug. It took me a couple times to blow it up and get the plug in before air got out and made ball too low. I finally got it! It's a perfect size. My kids also love it and think it should be their's to play with because it's "kid size" as they tell me. I can't wait to learn some new exercises with this ball.
