Lumbar and Back support pressure Relieving Cushion

My mom has a lot of back pain in her lumbar region. She was excited to see this came in the mail. Mom quickly asked me to place it in her chair so she could try it out. I unsnapped the hook and put it in her chair. Then snapped it back to hold it in place. Mom came to sit down to try it out. She said its soft yet firm. It helps her exactly where she needs it. The past couple of days she has noticed it's even helping her to sit up straighter than she has been.
