I'm excited to add resistance bands by Swift-n-snug back to my exercise routine. I noticed these exercise bands by swift-n-snug are made of a nice thick rubber. They aren't flimsy and because you put pressure on them they won't break or snap like others. The exercise bands come in four different resistances which include; Red- XHeavy, Blue- Heavy, Yellow- Medium, Green- Light. I also love that they come in their own little carrying case. This is great for me when I'm traveling around. I can toss them in my bag and be on my way. I love these bands and can't wait to use them more. My children are even getting some use out of them. It's never too early to promote good exercise habits.
