This product is made in the USA. I love using products made here. The bottle is nice and you should be able to use this for a while even if you use twice a day like I do. Once I got some on my finger before using it seems thick but it's really not. I have a bad habit about smelling things so of course I rubbed it between my thumb and my pointer finger. It was a nice citrus smell coming off of it and once applied to my face under my eyes where my bags are the smell really doesn't linger it goes away quickly. I always apply this each morning and night after I clean my face for the day/night. I have been using for a while and my eyes seem less puff and the color under them isn't as dark. I have sensitive skin and have no problems what so ever with this product.
