Essential Oil for Anxiety and Stress Relief

I like this oil because it can be put directly onto my neck and shoulders directly from the bottle. It doesn't take a carrier oil to mix it with to be able to put it on. The smell really isn't that bad at all. However I haven't really noticed much of a change in my stress and anxiety. I'm going to give it a 3.5 to 3.7 on chart. I'm going to give it a few more weeks and see how it works. The bag it comes inside of is really nice too.
