21 Day Fix Containers With Collapsible Cup

This is great for people who are trying to learn portion control again like myself. It comes with bright color containers. It's so simple to follow this guide and it's basically the same portion control containers you get with the new 21 day fix you hear about. This also comes with a collapsible cup. Easy to wash, clean up, and stack together until next time. Now I personally have had some trouble opening them up. So that's why I gave them four stars. I'm happy to have these for now I can get back on a healthy track and keep my portions. Now hopefully I won't be over eating so I can lose some of this weight.
