This works great as a night light in the kids room or if they decide to summer in the living room. Is awesome also doing sleepovers. The kids are always pressing the button to make a change from one color to another. You can also hook your music up to this which is really nice. My kids enjoy the white noise which is like the sound of the ocean or something in that nature. This light will light up the whole room not just half of it which is what I really like. It has different settings and it's up to you which one that you would like to choose. It comes with USB cables or you can use batteries whichever you choose. My favorite part of this is a relaxing mode least for me is just looking at it and falling asleep. If your kid likes having a night light this is definitely something I would look into buying. Also if you're looking to buy a baby gift for shower I would highly recommend this one.
