This little flashlight is well built and sturdy. I love the color of it. I had to place some batteries I had here inside of it for it to work. Once I done this I could push the back button to cycle through the settings which are high, medium, low, strobe and SOS. Now I didn't see this being at 900 brightness maybe 400-500 at most. The flashlight is small and compact. It's good to carry in my purse, SUV, boat, camping, hiking or etc. The strap is nice to have around your wrist so if you drop it by accident it won't fall to the ground. It's a nice flashlight to have around but it's just not as bright as I personally had hoped by reading this.

It's a 3.3 on the star rating system if it is a star system from 1-5. It needs some improvements in my thinking to be of better quality. However it's a nice smaller size flashlight just needs to be somewhat brighter.
