This Cujo dog training collar is rather a bit harder than expected to get it to pair. Once I finally got it paired up with the collar and transmitter I fitted it to our dog. It fits well and I tested it once she started barking. You have to find the setting that is best for your own pet. Once you find the setting that's right for your dog it should start responding. Mine never has really so it hasn't fazed her one bit. I expected her to stop barking well she has a bit but even when I used the collar she doesn't respond to it. I'm highly disappointed in it.
