Stainless Steel Poultry and Game Shears/ Scissors

These are cheaply made stainless steel poultry and game shears and not durable at all. The blades seem to be sharp but the handles themselves are a thinner type plastic that can't handle much pressure. I used them to put up a chicken and they snapped in on the handle. I'm lucky I didn't cut myself but I noticed it fairly quickly. I don't recommend these. Save yourself some time and money buy a pair that's better made. These just need to be tweaked at the handles and they would be an impressive.
