It's really a great quality thick cord and perfect length. My mom loves having a extra charger around because yes she does misplace her original one at times. She will also carry this one with her in her purse if she is going to the doctors office. You never know might need to stop and charge up your phone. Doctors offices get kind of boring and your phone helps to pass the time, but yes it drains the battery. We have had no problems with this charger. It works great!
