These are made of a gel. They will stretch too. However my foot is only a 9.5 and they fit mine kind of big. However they did stretch out my toes. I had never thought about it before. I never knew pain could be taken away just by doing something so simple. I told my mom about these. She wanted to try them. We found out they fit my mom a lot better than me. She wears a size 12 shoe. She has a lot of pain from standing and doing things around the house. Mom said they aren't too bad to walk inside of either. They are water proof too. You can basically wear these all day. This product really helps my moms feet from the pain she was having. They are marked right and left so you will know exactly how they fit. You get only one pair (one right and one left) in this package. However I can honestly say they are worth the money.
