I got this for my mom and thought she would be prefect to try it out. She has a few stray hairs on her chin. I'm always trying to get out every time I see them. The box was very attractive & soon as we got it in the mail my mom used it right away. Yes it was somewhat painful pulling the hair you could tell by the look on her face. However it REALLY works! She first told me "this won't work". Then after she used the spring product "wow look it got them few right there". I love these awesome tweezers included and tool not difficult to use either.
