I recently started doing yoga at home let's face it I'm a stay at home mom & really can't just hit the gym when I feel like it. I love working out at home. I was so excited to get to review The Shandali Hot Yoga Towel. My kids were even excited they LOVE yoga just as much as I do myself. I also found it extremely helpful to keep in the car. If you go to the gym (unlike myself lol) you will definitely want one for your gym bag, you can towel off in a second with it - so I highly recommend it to my workout buddies.

I live in MS it is pretty warm here for most of the year and I'm of a heavier size that often sweats with very little effort so when I exercise I sweat a lot! This is great for keeping my mat dry because I don't like when sweat gets on it. I'm not the only one that uses the mat, the kids also use it for various exercise so they don't slide around on the carpet (even though it’s new carpet we just had it put down this week). We all tried out the towel on the yoga mat and we all had success without slipping no matter what types of exercise we did. It is machine washable & dryer safe.

I would recommend this to anyone who does yoga and exercises on the floor. 

This towel does everything it says it does and much more. There is not much explaining that you have to do other than this towel holds a great deal of wetness. Our family really could not find any problems with it. I will update when I use it again for something no telling what it might be used for next :) 

Update: Today I used it because it was in the jeep and convent to just grab. The kids were getting off the bus & it was pouring down rain, thunder, and lighting. I took the yoga towel and patted them dry and it worked great! I'm starting to notice it can be used for more than just while doing yoga.
